Jon: Hey, this is Jon, we’re here with Integrity Home Buyers. Just bought a house from Cassie. Cassie, how was the experience?
Cassie: Amazing. Amazing. Out of everybody that I had spoke to about my home, Realtors, everything, Integrity has just made this process so easy. I mean, we spoke last week and closed today.
Jon: That’s good. I’m glad to hear that. Is there anything we could have done better?
Cassie: I don’t think so. I really did not even feel like I was alone in this process. I felt like I had you, it felt like I had Katherine, and it was amazing.
Jon: Good. We appreciate that. One other question. We did this a little bit different than a normal transaction because of COVID and did it virtually. Was that an awkward process or was it…
Cassie: Surprisingly not. I thought it was going to be whenever I spoke to Katherine and she told me, she was like, “Well, we can do it virtually.” And I was like, “Oh man, I didn’t clean my house, I didn’t do any of this.” And she’s like, “No, it’s great. It’s great. It’s okay. You can take pictures, do video it’s according to what makes you comfortable.” So we tried the video, lost service, and then finished up with pictures. It was easy. It was simple.
