Normally on this page, a company will beat its chest and try to show all the great things about them. While we are proud of what we do and how we have helped so many people, we don’t like to brag about ourselves. Our overarching vision is to help others where and when we can. Sometimes that means we are able to buy someone’s house. Other times it’s helping our clients realize that selling quickly and as-is is not the right solution for them.

We love when we are able to help a seller get rid of an unwanted or nuisance house, but we realize it’s usually not about the house. There may be a bigger underlying problem, and we try to help solve that puzzle first. When appropriate, we enjoy visiting with folks at their kitchen table, in the living room, or in today’s social distancing world over the phone or even through Zoom. Sometimes we hear, “I’m so sorry to have wasted your time,” and our response is always the same; helping someone explore their options and become more educated about selling a home, whether through a real estate agent or a buyer like us, is never a waste of time.

About Jon

Our team at Integrity Home Buyers started with its owner, Jon Nolen. Jon grew up in Del City and married Amy Warkentine, a Southwest Oklahoma City native, in 2007. They have three kids: twin girls, Addison and Audrey, and a son, Aikman.
Both Amy and Jon’s parents were entrepreneurs, so starting their own business came naturally. In 2017, after five years in the Marine Corps, several years contracting overseas, over a decade in IT, and a number of years investing in real estate part-time, Jon realized that it was time to take the leap of faith and start Integrity Home Buyers. He hasn’t looked back since.

Jon takes pride in not only helping sellers in distressed situations, but also providing quality housing options to homeowners and tenants alike.

How We Work With Homeowners

“How we work” and “what our process is” are two of the most common questions we get, but also some of the hardest. We don’t have a box that we try to fit everyone and every situation in. Everyone is in a different situation and has different needs. If there is something you are hoping can happen, just ask!
